are maximised. With online you have the freedom and flexibility to structure your training and nutrition to best
suit your
lifestyle with weekly check ins and program updates to keep you tracking towards your fitness goals.
Once you sign up, you will receive an email with your waiver, T&Cs to be completed as well as an online initial consultation form. You will also receive a weekly check in questionnaire to be filled out before every check in day.

Your training program and nutrition program will be uploaded to your trainerize for you to track every workout. Link My fitness pal and your smart watch to the app to start tracking your nutrition and training statistics.
Follow your customised programs through the week and track all workouts and nutrition protocols.
Check in day:
- Ensure all workouts are tracked and uploaded to Trainerize.
- 3 photos (front, side and back same lighting same time fasted each week)
- Fill out in detail the weekly check in questionnaire and email
through to admin@abbottfitnessofficial.com
- Send through any questions you have regarding your protocols and goals etc.
A check in and review will be done on all workouts completed, progress photos and questionnaire will be carefully read through and assessed. Questions will be answered and any program updates required will be complete and sent through to your Trainerize for you to continue working towards your fitness goals.
